Esposito) offer 600 plus good and great Italian wines, with prices
ranging from $6.95 "to whatever", at their ITALIAN
WINE MERCHANTS. In the back room, Batali, meanwhile, has begun
producing Italian-style sausages and other cured meats for demonstration
