PAYMENT:
IWM will charge your full membership cost as well as monthly shipping and handling charges for the full membership term before your first shipment is sent.

There are no membership fees and you can cancel at any time. You will be refunded the difference and will only be charged for items that have been shipped up to the time of cancellation.

FREE DELIVERY TO NYC RESIDENTS:
We offer complimentary delivery for Manhattan residents subscribing to the Big Wines of Italy Passport and Sergio’s Cellar Selections Passport. Orders within Manhattan will be delivered monthly; delivery charges apply for the Exploration passport and will be charged along with membership and other fees.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:
UPS ground shipping will be used for most members; these shipments will be charged by IWM along with membership and other fees at the time of registration. FedEx will be used for shipments to certain locations; these shipments will be charged monthly by FedEx to the card provided here. Handling costs apply to all orders outside Manhattan and will be charged by IWM along with membership and other fees. Shipping and handling rates will vary depending on location and will generally fall between $7.50 and $15.50 per month. Special shipping requests can alter costs. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Passport wines are sent monthly except in the case of extreme temperatures; changes to shipment dates will be based on the discretion of IWM to avoid exposing wines to harmful weather conditions.

Wine club orders placed by the 10th of the month will generally begin the same month; orders placed after the 10th will generally begin the following month.

ELIGIBLE RESIDENTS AND STATES :
We only ship wine where legally allowed. Most Passports will be confirmed by phone before a credit card is charged. At that time, shipping charges will be calculated and explained.
