Tasting Notes:
The Barolo Pajanà is a product of the Ginestra vineyard, a subzone of Barolo already known in the 19th century for its superior wines. Here, grapes enjoy south and southwest exposure and beget full Barolos that age well and boast great structure.

2001: Deep red. A thick, sweet bouquet of overripe black fruit with rich chocolate. Smoke swirls around these as they envelop the palate. A full-bodied wine of incredible concentration and a lasting finish.
