About the Producer:
Located in Bussia,
on a hill called Bricco Rovella in front of the famed Paerno Castle,
the Parusso estate is one of the finest in all of Piemonte. Four generations
of the Parusso family have been involved in viticulture, with Marco
and Tiziana Parusso running the estate today. Their goal is simple:
produce the best wines that could possibly be made. They are firm
believers in high quality from low yields, as techniques are applied
to actually reduce production. The wines they produce are all aged
in small oak barriques after they have been soft pressed.
