Region: Trentino-Alto
Adige
About the Region:
This region high
in the Alps is divided between its Italian and German roots. Quality
production lies with the white wines (due to the cool northern
climate) despite the high amount of cheap red wine shipped north
to Germany. Wines are bottled as varietals.
