About the Producer:
Paolo Fenocchio,
who bought the old property from the bankers Levi-Debenedetti from
Cherasco, founded the winery in 1898. The name Pianpolvere Soprano
originates from an old powder magazine built in Napoleon time.
The winery was managed by Egidio, son of Paolo, then Riccardo and
nowadays by Ferruccio. He has been leading the winery since 1998
and maintains the concept of quality that belonged to his family.
