About the Producer:
Foradori's Granato
has consistently been a Gambero Rosso Tre Bicchieri winner and
is widely considered one of the greatest wines of Trentino. This
small, ultra-modern estate is run by Elisabetta Foradori, a woman
of boundless
energy and verve who was born into the winemaking business. In
the twenty years she has run the estate Elisabetta has made some
outstanding wines, but she continuously strives to do more. This
determined young lady is fascinated by teroldego despite its difficult
nature; by dedicating herself to developing wines that express
its unique nature she has made this local and esoteric grape into
a superstar.
